No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased through stonkmerch.shop.

• Please ensure you review the size charts and product descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase.

• We cannot offer swaps for different sizes or colors once an order has been processed.

No Refunds

We do not offer cash or credit refunds for any reason, including:

• Change of mind.

• Accidental purchases.

• Incorrect size selection by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to this policy is if an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product due to our error.

• Timeline: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Process: Please email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.

• Resolution: If the error is verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
